About the Exhibition Location Admission & Prices

The loss of RMS TITANIC is the most famous disaster in history and continues to captivate the imagination. Many have asked the question “why?” and the answer is now much more easily understood. Had it been a work of fiction, it would hold all the ingredients for a truly unbelievable story! The world’s largest moving object, carrying the rich & famous, and the less privileged, heading for a better life in the “New World” and of course, the unparalleled luxury of this perceived ‘unsinkable’ ship.

TITANIC housed the best of everything and her owners, the White Star Line, spared no expense in her construction and fixtures & fittings. Suppliers and manufacturers provided their premier products and were actively encouraged to advertise their association with the new class of luxurious ocean liners, RMS OLYMPIC & TITANIC.

Royal Crown Derby were one such company and provided a stunning range of china to be used in the exclusive onboard ‘a la carte’ restaurant, by the world’s most discerning diners.

White Star Memories, Europe’s leading Titanic specialists are proud to present in association with Royal Crown Derby, their world-class exhibition for the first time in England. Hundreds of incredible artefacts, sympathetically displayed in settings such as boarding scenes, a 1st class cabin and of course, the ‘a la carte restaurant’ with original china, silverware, crystal and even furniture!

See the original costumes worn in James Cameron’s blockbuster movie, “TITANIC” by Kate Winslet, Leonardo DiCaprio & Billy Zane, as well as genuine White Star Line uniforms and period clothing.

View incredibly rare & unique documentation, letters and postcards from TITANIC herself and much, much more. This exhibition will captivate the visitor and provide you with a truly memorable trip back in time to an age long gone; the “Golden Age” of travel in splendour and opulence.
